Parked Cars
My friend Oscar from Hawaii showed me an interesting fact about parked cars in Korea. Because there are not enough spaces, people double park others but leave their cars in neutral so the blocked person can push the car to get out. See for yourself:

Or they'll leave a note with their cell number on the dashboard, so you can call them to ask them to move their car.
